WHY WE EXIST
There is a gap in the market for Businesses from 10-50 million turnover transforming themselves into 100 million-plus businesses. The expertise needed to run a small team with a small board (usually founders) is not the same as that needed to grow a multinational or global corporation.
There comes a point in a business's life cycle where the existing paradigm no longer fits, Egress is there to help boards navigate that transition for founders and bring commercial excellence to the CEO and NED (Non-Executive Directors). Planning Exit Strategies, simultaneously incrementally improving the business and maximizing Times Earnings for the founders/shareholders.
Egress was formed as an enabler of transformation for Directorship boards by giving them access to Global Multinational thinking and processes without the expense or risk of employing an expensive executive.

Mission
Our mission is twofold: First, we aim to assist businesses with a turnover of 10-50 million in breaking through the 100 million barrier by integrating Commercial Excellence into their sales, marketing, and operations.Second, we help founders achieve a respectful exit from their businesses by focusing on board-level excellence and developing effective exit strategies. Interestingly, both processes share similarities, as investors are drawn to well-managed, commercially savvy enterprises.
